We care for your children’s smiles with a comprehensive approach, biocompatible materials, and a lot of love. Fluoride-free, BPA-free, stress-free.

Dental care with love
Dr. Brenda Martínez has a special gift for connecting with little ones. Her warmth and empathy create an atmosphere of trust where children feel safe and relaxed during every visit.
Specializing in pediatric dentistry and conservative dentistry, she applies an integrative approach that goes beyond teeth: evaluating respiratory function, tongue posture, and oral habits to ensure healthy development.
“We are not an encyclopedia; we are a family that watches over your children’s well-being. Each child is unique and deserves personalized attention with a lot of love.”

What makes us different?
We treat your child as a whole, not just their teeth. Our biological approach prioritizes safe materials and a functional vision of oral development.
Biocompatible Materials
We exclusively use 100% BPA-free materials, without heavy metals, to ensure maximum safety for your child’s developing body.
Functional Evaluation
We analyze breathing, tongue position, swallowing, and oral habits. We seek to detect problems affecting facial development and bite before they worsen.
Atmosphere of Trust
We create a friendly space where children adapt gradually. Our goal is for them to associate the dentist with a positive experience, not fear.
Comprehensive care for every stage
From the first baby tooth through adolescence, we accompany your child’s oral development.
BPA-free Sealants
Cavity prevention
We protect your child’s molars with 100% BPA-free fissure sealants. We create a barrier that can prevent cavities in high-risk molars.
Natural Remineralization
Fluoride alternative
We use hydroxyapatite, the natural mineral of dental enamel, to help strengthen teeth.
Biocompatible Fillings
No amalgams, BPA-free
We treat cavities with latest-generation composites, free of metals and bisphenol A. Aesthetic and safe restorations for your child’s body.
Myofunctional Evaluation
Orofacial development
We look for signs of mouth breathing, atypical swallowing, thumb sucking, and other habits that affect jaw and tooth development. Objective: prevent future malocclusions.
Hygiene Education
Healthy habits
We teach age-appropriate brushing techniques. We work as a team with parents to create fun routines your child will want to keep up.
Development Monitoring
Eruption control
We monitor tooth eruption and jaw growth. We aim to detect space or bite problems in time to intervene at the optimal moment.

In harmony with nature
We believe the best treatments are those that work with the body, not against it. That’s why we choose materials that mimic the natural composition of teeth and respect the delicate balance of the child’s organism.
Hydroxyapatite, our remineralizer of choice, is the same mineral that makes up 97% of human tooth enamel. Natural, safe, and scientifically backed.

Your child’s first visit
We understand that every child is different. That’s why the first visit is designed to get to know each other and build trust, not for treatments.
Adaptation to the environment
Your child gets to know the space, the instruments, and Dr. Brenda gradually and without pressure. We explain everything in fun, child-friendly language.
Gentle exploration
If the child is comfortable, we perform a visual review of teeth and gums. If they aren’t ready, we don’t force it. We’d rather they come back another day than create a bad experience.
Functional evaluation
We observe how they breathe, swallow, and position their tongue. We detect habits like thumb sucking or mouth breathing that can affect their development.
Chat with parents
We explain what we’ve observed, answer questions, and give you personalized hygiene and nutrition tips. We work as a team.
Frequently Asked Questions
We recommend the first visit when the first baby tooth appears or, at the latest, by their first birthday. It is not for treatment, but to establish a positive relationship with the dentist from the start and detect potential issues early.
We use hydroxyapatite, the natural mineral of dental enamel, as an alternative to fluoride. Scientific studies show it is just as effective for remineralizing and preventing cavities, but without the risks of fluorosis or toxicity in case of accidental ingestion.
It depends on the age and the situation. For the youngest ones, the presence of parents is usually comforting. As they grow, we try to encourage their independence and confidence. In cases where the child needs extra support, parents are of course welcome to accompany them.
It is an analysis of how the muscles of your child’s face and mouth function. We observe breathing, tongue position, and swallowing. These factors directly influence the development of the jaws and bite. Detecting them in time allows for intervention before they cause major problems.
We are ready for that! Dr. Brenda has infinite patience and a special gift for connecting with fearful children. We never force them. We prefer to do several adaptation visits if necessary. Each child has their own pace, and our goal is for them to associate the dentist with a positive experience.
Tips for Home
The magic song
Let your child choose their favorite song and brush for its duration. No stopping until it’s over!
Supervise until age 8
Children don’t have the necessary motor skills until age 7-8. Always double-check after they brush.
Crunchy snacks
Carrots, apples, and celery help clean teeth naturally and exercise chewing muscles.
Change the brush
Every 3 months or when bristles are frayed. A worn-out brush doesn’t clean properly.
Childhood is the key to health
Respectful dental care, fluoride-free, with safe materials and lots of love. Dr. Brenda is waiting to meet your little one.
